What Data Do We Collect?

This website is informational. We only collect necessary technical cookies (see cookie policy below). We do not collect personal data unless you contact us directly via email or contact form. If you choose to open the map on the contact page, map tiles load from OpenStreetMap and your browser may send technical information such as IP address and browser data to the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

AI-Assisted Commission Item Descriptions

On Genbrug & Gaver, commission item descriptions may be generated with AI assistance and are reviewed by the seller or an employee before publication. The image is sent to our selected AI provider solely to generate a draft description. We never send customer personal data, and images that primarily show people or identifiable traits must be described manually. The AI processing does not set cookies or change your cookie choices.

When we use Google Gemini API, data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Google's data processing terms and relevant transfer mechanisms. We use only paid Gemini API access for production flows in the EU/EEA, and AI logs for commission item descriptions are retained for 90 days.
